In-Store FUNdraising Event

Instead of washing cars and going door to door selling cookie dough by-the-bucket; invite ALL your friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, teachers and classmates to enjoy healthier food served fun and fast at your nearby Blendz location.

Blendz is committed to donating 15% of net proceeds generated by your event back to your organization.  Remember: the more people that show up and eat in support of your event, the more funds you raise. It’s just that simple. Let’s get started! Here’s what you do:

  • CALL your Blendz General Manager to schedule a date for your fundraising event.
  • PROMOTE, PROMOTE, PROMOTE your event with our customizable flyers which can be copied by your group for distribution announcing the details of your FUNdraising Event. Click here to download Word doc template.
  • BE THERE and make sure everyone you know is there too! Make sure you mention to each person that only by bringing in the flyer will Blendz donate 15% of sales to your organization.

FUNdraising Checklist Reminders:

  • Plan your fundraising event at least 3 – 4 weeks in advance
  • Invite EVERYONE you know to your event
  • Distribute as many flyers and remind your guests to bring the flyers with them to your event (No flyers may be handed out at the restaurant prior to or on the night of your event. No coupons of discounts may be used in conjunction with your fundraising event)
  • Remind and follow up with your guests with a phone call 1 – 2 days before your event
  • Make sure you (or a representative) attends the event to greet and acknowledge your participants
  • Make sure you (or a representative) will be present at the end of the event when the results are tallied – that way you can let your group know how much you raised immediately
  • FUN, but FAIR. We will disqualify your event if you distribute flyers to any guests on or around our restaurant property.
