Anniversary Celebration

Close to 700 guests flocked to Blendz of downtown Campbell between the hours of 11:30am – 2:00pm to receive a FREE lunch. Upon seeing the flyers, the advertisements or just hearing the buzz, almost everyone expected a bite-size sample, but definitely NOT an actual FREE lunch. To many people’s surprise and great pleasure, they were greeted by live entertainment - a steel drummer playing festive Caribbean beat, to put anyone’s hips in a swaying mood. A line out the door was constant, but what do you expect when a restaurant is giving out half of a grilled panino sandwich, freshly tossed, side salad AND a 12 oz smoothie, for FREE? But the wait was short and sweet. Not to mention, when a winner for the “every half an hour drawing” was taking place, no one seemed to mind if the wait even lasted that long. Luckily, 5 minutes in line was the average wait, since the Blendz crew had a seamless flow in getting the guests in and out, in a Blendz-zecond!

The common phrase heard at this event was, “I didn’t even know Blendz served food! All this time I thought it was just a ‘juice’ place.” Thank you to everyone who made this event a HUGE success and we appreciate your continued support for many, many future anniversaries to come.
