Blendz: Crew Lead
Overall Responsibilities:
Assists the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager to direct total store operations, driving revenues, managing costs, hiring, training, and developing employees to deliver exceptional product quality and customer success. Models the Blendz core values: integrity, quality, customer service and community.
Reporting Relationships:
- Reports to Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager
- Supervises Crew in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- In the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager, assumes responsibility for store operations
- Ensures operational standards are met/exceeded; consistently high product quality, freshness, and presentation; extraordinary customer service levels are delivered
- Opening/closing responsibilities
- Assign daily team stations
- Assist in inventory maintenance and crew training
- Responsible for cash/POS
- Responsible for dealing with customer service/success issues
Summary of Experience:
- Over 18 years with a High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year food retail experience, including at least one year of customer service experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Attitude:
- Strong interpersonal communications skills
- Strong customer service skills
- High energy, positive, proactive, “Can do” attitude
- Strong problem solving skills and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and team-builder

- Provides support to other team members
