Blendz: Crew Lead

Overall Responsibilities:

Assists the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager to direct total store operations, driving revenues, managing costs, hiring, training, and developing employees to deliver exceptional product quality and customer success. Models the Blendz core values: integrity, quality, customer service and community.

Reporting Relationships:

  • Reports to Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager
  • Supervises Crew in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • In the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager, assumes responsibility for store operations
  • Ensures operational standards are met/exceeded; consistently high product quality, freshness, and presentation; extraordinary customer service levels are delivered
  • Opening/closing responsibilities
  • Assign daily team stations
  • Assist in inventory maintenance and crew training
  • Responsible for cash/POS
  • Responsible for dealing with customer service/success issues

Summary of Experience:

  • Over 18 years with a High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year food retail experience, including at least one year of customer service experience

Blendz: Inventory Specialist/Driver

Overall Responsibilities:

Support the Managers of Campbell and Express locations.  Maintains inventory levels of the Campbell Commissary and ensures that orders are pulled and filled for each location. Models the Blendz core values: integrity, quality, customer service and community.

Reporting Relationships:

  • Reports to Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • Pulls inventory for deliveries.
  • Maintains Campbell Commissary.
  • Delivers product to Express Locations
  • Occasional catering deliveries.
  • Ensures maintenance of delivery vehicle.
  • Assist in inventory maintenance and crew training
  • Provides customer service/success

Summary of Experience:

  • Over 18 years with a High School Diploma or GED
  • Clean Driving Record.
  • DMV printout.
